the staff was very polite. they showed me around. they explained where everything was. the location had a 24/7 shop next door. i found this quite convenient. the room was clean. the bathroom was a good size.
the street outside was a bit noisy. the windows didn't block much noise.

dirty floorold rubbish
The room lacked proper cleaning. The floor felt dirty. I found old rubbish in the bin. It seems previous guests' trash wasn't removed. A half-empty water bottle sat in the cupboard. The bathtub also contained dirt I found this unacceptable.
